Mark Twain would have ❤️ A.I.
Mark Twain said "Writing is easy. All you have to do is cross out the wrong words.” This quote couldn't be more true when it comes to writing with A.I. If you plan to scale you may need a platform.
If you are like us, the first thing you started having A.I. do is generate content. Whether it was for an email, a blog or simply for fun - it is amazing what you can do with a simple prompt, your imagination and an LLM.
In fact, we built multiple A.I. agents within our platform RAIA (https://raiabot.com) that automated the generation of draft blogs for our SEO marketing and also generate summaries of our Google Meetings. These are tasks we knew we should be doing, but nobody wanted to do. That’s where A.I. shines.
Addition by Substraction
Leveraging A.I. to help write or even summarize content you quickly realize how important it is to provide very robust and well thought out prompts to ensure your output is quality. Otherwise, you will find yourself spending all the time deleting content A.I. writes costing you the precious time you were hoping to save. We did this through training the A.I. Assistant with the following approach:
We uploaded documents via RAIA platform of past writing samples to show the style and tone of what we wanted the A.I. to write.
We gave clear instructions in the A.I. Assistant on how interpret our prompts and input content when we instructed the A.I. Assistant to write new content. For example, we would instructed the A.Im assistant to ask questions once it received the request for content to ensure it hit on the write points (much like a writer would ask a publisher)
Once the initial draft was written we would review it and provide (human) feedback.
All of these steps we wanted to automated via RAIA because it became too cumbersome to do it manually.
Here is an example blog RAIA generated:
